To style and print your personal frosting sheets:
· All supplies may be purchased at cake decorating supply stores. You have to own a dedicated printer that is needed just for edible items due to risk of contaminating food.

· You will need a graphic design program. If you want to use your personal photos, you may need a photograph-editing program that allows you to crop and touch up digital photos.
· Scan, convert, resize, fix color, manipulate your pictures using a photo editing program. Resize. Finalize your scan and it pops into the program for printing.
· You are able to create the Frosting Sheet well in advance of the cake preparation, as sheets do not require refrigeration.

Below are directions supplied by KopyKake® FROSTING SHEETS with the printer:
1. Prepare your desired Photo, Design, etc. through your computer, using Cake Program furnished or other, software of your choice.
2. Remove FROSTING SHEET from Zip-Loc Plastic Bag, and always reseal the bag.
3. Place in the KopyJet® Printer, frosted side to front and print the image.
4. Have a plain iced cake ready. (Buttercream works the best).
5. Frosting or icing shouldn’t be dry or have a skin.
6. After printing image, leave out in normal room conditions for about 10 minutes.
7. FROSTING SHEET peels away without problems. from backing paper. (If any trouble, pull backing sheet over the sharp edge of a table, etc., and frosting sheet should come away from backing sheet). Or open and let air dry only 15 minutes.
8. Lay PRINTED FROSTING SHEET on top of top of the cake, by holding ends and applying middle first and then the ends. If any wrinkles, gently pat image to smooth out.
9. Add border or edging of your choice to the cake.
10. If you haven’t added text with the program, you could write on top of the image with frostings or jellies.

HINTS:
· You might prepare your printed Frosting Sheets, well in advance. If so, just place them in a plastic bag to maintain in perfect condition. Notice: After removing from bag, again wait 10 minutes before peeling from backing sheet.
· In very Dry climates, you might need to keep unused Frosting Sheets in the refrigerator.
· Various icings may be used, however, a very wet Whipped Cream or Non-Dairy Topping can cause image to fade if left in refrigerator. These type of cakes are best if filled using the whip creams, etc., but the top frosting should be a buttercream type.
· If cakes are frozen, it’s best to thaw slightly before applying the Frosting Sheet.
· You will note how the taste of the frosting sheet is non-existent when cut and eaten using the slice of cake.
· If printing a round or shaped image, just cut with scissors before peel-off. Directions are included with any circular frosting sheets).
